為了推動加強學習中文及國語對話的機會，博愛成立了新的計劃，精選本校高年級學生，成為初階學生的課後輔導員。輔導員願意義務輔導，並定期接受導團隊的指導，學習如何帶領國語會話及輔導能力。輔導課程將以線上方式進行，與學弟學妹中文對話。輔導員可取得社區服務的志工時數。
在每周一次或兩次( 將以報名人數決定 ) 的三十分鐘課後輔導中，以閱讀課文和會話為主。
即日起歡迎八年級以上的同學加入成為博愛輔導員，並歡迎三年級以下有興趣接受輔導的同學報名。
國語班課後輔導計劃在 2 月下旬至 3 月初開始。

In order to strengthen our students learning Chinese, we are starting a new Leadership Training program. Our upper grade student volunteers will pair up with our young age students in free online tutoring sessions. The upper grade volunteers will be able to earn community service volunteer hours. They, serving as tutors in the program, will receive regular guidance and training from the mentor group, learning how to coach Mandarin speaking skills and leadership skills.
During the 30-minute tutoring session once or twice a week (depending on number of participants), the tutors will help the tutees with reading text and practicing conversations.
Students from grade 8 and above are welcome to join our leadership training team, and we will accept students from 1st to 3rd grade to sign up as tutees.
We expect the program will go online in late February to early March.
