粵語班課程特別適合家中說粵語的學生，利用兒童熟悉的語言啟蒙，以兒歌、故事、遊戲、和日常對話，提高學生對學習中文的興趣。再配合家中與父母、長輩的溝通，讓學生感到學以致用，奠定了日後更穩固的學習基礎。我們也歡迎那些在家中可能不會說全粵語但希望讓孩子有機會學習並沉浸在語言和文化中的家庭。
粵語班課程包括入門班級、一年級至八年級。入門班使用博愛編製的教材，一年級至八年級使用由 <<MZHY Editors Group>> 編寫的 <<美洲華語>> 教材。課程教授聽、說、讀、和寫,使學生達到日常應用的程度。除了語言文法外，本校課程中還加插其他文化知識，例如歷史地理、節日習俗、文學藝術、及傳統價值觀等等。
國語 / 普通話會話課程從四年級開始加入，先從漢語拼音開始，然後引入日常對話。四年級的學生已建立了一定的中文基礎，能幫助學習國語發音事半功倍，也避免了幼童學生區別英語及漢語拼音之間的困難，使粵語學生更易於掌握國語會話的應用。
Our Cantonese classes are perfect for students who speak Cantonese at home. By using a language children are already familiar with, we introduce them to learning through songs, stories, games, and everyday conversations, making learning Chinese fun and engaging. Plus, by encouraging communication with parents and grandparents at home, students can immediately apply what they’ve learned, creating a solid foundation for their future studies. We also welcome families who may not speak Cantonese 100% at home but want to give their children the opportunity to learn and immerse themselves in the language and culture.
The Cantonese program includes entry class and levels from Grade 1 to Grade 8. Entry levels use materials created by Berryessa Chinese School, and from Grade 1 to Grade 8, we use <<MeiZhou Chinese>> textbooks and exercise books. The course covers listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills to help students use Cantonese in everyday situations. In addition to language skills, we also teach students about Chinese culture, including history, geography, festivals, arts, and traditional values.
Starting in Grade 4, students begin Mandarin Chinese conversation classes. We start with learning Pinyin (the Chinese phonetic system) and then move into practical conversations. By this stage, students already have a basic understanding of Chinese, which makes learning Mandarin pronunciation easier and more effective. It also helps Cantonese-speaking students quickly pick up Mandarin conversation skills.
